Reaching management level in your 5 year plan? Thinking of taking on a leadership role at work? Our next event is for you!

Management and leadership are often used as interchangeable terms when in fact, they are two different concepts. In order to understand this difference and how it impacts our everyday working lives, we are bringing you a panel discussion, in association with Brannigans and Anderson Lloyd. If you have aspirations of management or leadership roles, or are currently in one and after some tips, this event is not to be missed!

Our speakers will share their insights on the topics, including:
- Leadership vs management
- What it means to be a leader and/or manager and what these roles involve
- Personal attributes and skills of each role
- How to prepare for future leadership and management roles

Join us on Thursday 26th of September at Anderson Lloyd offices (Level 3, Anderson Lloyd House, 70 Gloucester Street). Doors open at 6pm, with a chance to chat over the drinks and nibbles provided before the workshop starts at 6.30pm, running until 7.30pm.

Tickets are free for our members, but you'll need to RSVP on our website and spaces are limited. Tickets for non-members are $10.
