Home ownership is the Kiwi dream that many of us may be contemplating in the near future. As this is likely to be one of the biggest investments that you will ever make, it is worthwhile spending the time to plan and understand what is required to ensure that you end up with the keys to the home of your dreams.
Come and hear from three professionals in the legal, financial and valuation industries who will all bring their specialist knowledge to assist with your property purchase.
Vic Elvidge is a registered valuer at FordBaker Valuation who will talk about their insights into the steps that you should take to ensure that you really are acquiring a property that is worth the hard earned money you paid for it. Brent Bishop is a lending manager at ASB who will share his tips about what lenders are looking for and what is required in order to finance your purchase.
